The university monitors or measures
the amount of use of low-carbon energy, represented by solar energy and biomass
generators. The relevant department at the university prepares periodic reports
that determine the amount of clean energy after the data for measuring
low-carbon energy becomes available, by determining the amount of clean energy
compared to traditional energy.
